These websites’ contents were created with all due accuracy. Nevertheless, we cannot accept any liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. According to § 7 Section1 TMG we are responsible as a service provider for our own contents on these websites according to general laws. But according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not responsible as a service provider for third-party information, which we transmit in a communication network, or to which we provide access for use or which we store for a user. We are not obliged either to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored or to look for circumstances that might indicate an illegal activity. Obligations with regard to the removal of information or barring its use according to general laws remain unaffected. Nevertheless, a liability concerning this matter is only possible after becoming aware of a concrete infringement. Once we become aware of such infringements, these contents will immediately be removed.

Liability for Links
Our offer includes links to external third-party websites, on whose contents we do not have any influence. Therefore we cannot accept any liability for these third-party contents. Regarding the contents of linked websites, it is always the provider or operator of these websites, who is responsible. The linked websites were checked for possible infringements and violations of the law when the link was established. There was no evidence or indication for illegal contents at the time of linking. A permanent monitoring of the linked websites’ contents is not reasonable without concrete evidence for an infringement. Once we become aware of such infringements, these links will immediately be removed.
