Critical situations require quick solutions. The trade fair "Fensterbau Frontale" was postponed at short notice due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Our planning for Schüco was already well advanced. A task force was quickly set up and in just 10 days, we developed a smart solution through targeted cooperation: Communication in a virtual space.
We have perfected the digital 3D planning data. They provide the basis for a virtual tour through the planned architecture. With the integration of detailed product presentations, the digital, three-dimensional trade fair stand took on its accessible form. Thanks to intuitive navigation and with many levels of information, it offers an almost realistic spatial experience. Schüco can thus present innovative solutions and products without delay and within the planned framework of the exhibition presence; visitors have the experience of a virtual 360-degree tour, almost as if they were live on site.
Lasting side effects of the digital customer journey are the unlimited and uncomplicated possibilities for expanding the content. Thus, the emergency solution created at short notice is designed to be gradually supplemented with new exhibits and, through the use of interaction and communication tools, to become a long-term valuable marketing instrument.
