More than 900 guests from politics, business, and the aviation industry gathered for Düsseldorf Airport's traditional New Year's reception. At the Station Airport, located right inside the airport building, the evening became a platform for exchange, networking, and a look ahead to the future of air travel.

Building on the spatial design of the previous year, the concept was further developed and shifted its focus on interactive experiences. Central design elements were integrated throughout the entire location as a visual guideline: large-scale floor graphics, light boxes, and graphic installations with a characteristic glow effect gave the event a modern, atmospheric spatial ambience. The specific combination of graphics, lighting, and spatial structure created a clear visitor guidance system that connected different experience areas, providing orientation within the event space. A defining feature of the evening was an interactive competition concept that actively involved guests in the event. 

The combination of content-driven impulses, networking, and immersive interaction created a setting that allowed the airport to be experienced not only as an infrastructure location, but also as a place for encounters.
