adidas Halftime History
The story of adidas, told through stories that continually keep writing themselves on and on. Not a museum, but a place that works for different target groups through the interplay of multimedia staging at different narrative levels. Countless moments, objects and stories that make the brand the epitome of sport, fashion and pop culture build bridges through time and become a contextual experience for the visitor.
The exhibition venue is the "Halftime", one of the central buildings on the adidas Campus for employees, visitors and partners. A communication center with high frequency. Here, exhibits on various, rapidly changing topics are shown and placed in a brand setting that is as interesting as it is informative.
We have developed a highly flexible system consisting of large-format artboards, physical objects and digital interaction surfaces. The boards proclaim a topic in a striking way and give a first impression of the respective exhibition already in the fast passing by. Different showcases put physical objects in scene. The individual pieces we design allow the exhibits to float almost freely in space. The touch screens interweave interaction and information. We designed the user interface and the CMS behind it exclusively for the exhibition and are continuously developing it further in line with the changing content.
Together with adidas’ team "The Archive" we continuously design all exhibitions and communication media of this extraordinary project.
