To ensure a correspondingly as authentic visitor experience making a personal appeal plays a deciding factor. This creates a sense of closeness and gives the digital dimension a more dynamic feel. That’s why we proposed using the same customer advisors who worked on the original real-life showroom to welcome visitors once again. These were then involved in creating informative films and animations. Integrated throughout the customer journey at various touchpoints, they subtly reinforce the digital illusion of this all taking place in person.
The digital tour offers end consumers both inspiration and targeted information. Visitors can see bathroom solutions staged as products within an authentic architectural context. And they can view or compare complete product lines sorted into categories just like they would in a store. Over 400 products can be enlarged and viewed in detail. Pop-up windows display general information and the corresponding detailed product pages are only a click away.
This digital library containing high-resolution rendered GROHE products can be used universally, making the virtual showroom fit for purpose where scalability is concerned. Stay tuned—we are already working on developing more content tailored to the distinct regional differences in additional locations in Europe and Asia.
